Sore throat

I have woken up with the worst sore throat in a long time.Last time i has it this bad i ended up with tonsillitis,but there are no white spots in my throat to confirm it feels like im swollowing razor blades

Maybe just try some paracetamol it is very underrated as a painkiller in itself. ><

The salt water gargle is pretty disgusting but it can help

Have you tried a hot drink of lemon juice, honey and some fresh chopped ginger mixed with hot water??

This usually works for me, ginger is natures disinfectant.

Hot, salt awter gargle. Salt is a natural inti bacterial & quite soothing. It'll make you feel sick, but it does work.

I told my dad to use salt water the sounds that came from the kitchen were HILARIOUS! I had the whole house arguing with me telling me that saltwater was for upset stomachs and not sore throats.

OMG If you swallow salt water you'll throw up!!!! In that sense it's good for a bad stomach, but it's definitely good for a sore throat!
