Worms.....eeewwww!
Elwood had another poop not long ago and this time there were worms in it....look like round worm to me. I only wormed him yesterday, so is that why they are coming out now? The kennels said he was wormed in November so it was time to do it again. Now thinking that maybe this was contributing to his diarrhea, but there wasnt any in that!

Yes, they normally come out within 24 hours of worming. If you could actually see the worms, then I doubt very much if he was wormed in november!

Caryll, do you know what, I`m sick of those bloody kennels! They told me AFTER I phoned them to ask about his Diarhea that he had it for a while beofre but it had cleared up so thats why they didnt mention it when I picked him up. I`m wondering what else they haven`t told me.

acctully iv wormed dogs before and next time they been wormed three months later you can see worms as it only takes 14 days for them to grow to adult

It's unusual, though - and being in kennels, where would she have picked them up from? If she's been allowed to eat infected poo from other dogs, well, it's still the kennel's fault, isn't it?
