Lotties foot
this is Lottie's ore foot. You can see the crack in the pad and there is a small blister as well as being red. She doesnt lick it any more so it must be on the mend but I won't be taking her out of the garden onto the rock salt and gravel from the gritters

that looks sore. glad the park we walk marley is right behind where we live so no need to touch gritted roads or paths. hope she heals soon

After you clean it up really well, if youcan keep lottie from licking it out some petroleum jelly on it (vaseline)...that is what the vet recommended with daisys, and it helps the healing and keeps the pad soft, but tough.

peroxide mixed with water can help also. just don't let her lick it off. ><

that would be cheaper than the paw wax the pet shops have thanks for that
