Foot chewing
Katy has been chewing her front paws this evening making them sore. I've had a look at them when she lets me, I cant see any foreign bodies so I'm assuming it must be the salt/grit they are spreading at the moment Is it best just to wash her feet when we come home or is there anything that can be put on her pads to protect them

Re: Foot chewing
This can also be due to allergies. Try washing them with warm water and cotton wool and apply sudocreme to sooth any itchiness. My pooch always eats his feet when we've been in long grass. Keep an eye on when Katy is chewing her feet, if its a one of then it makes sense that it could be the grit irritating her.
