A wee lump above Stella's eye and a weird tooth
Hi,
I have noticed yesterday a thing above Stella's right eye, I think it was not there just couple of days ago and it seems to be a wee bit bigger today than yesterday.
I plan to go to vet tomorrow but has anybody experienced anything similar?
It does not seem to bother her at all.
The pics are not very good, I'm sorry, it looks like just something uner her skin, like a pimple?
Thanks!
Xx

This looks, in my uneducated opinion, like either an ingrowing eyelash or a stye. Don't take my word for it pop to vets and see nursey.

It looks like a tumour to me but not a cancerous one but better check it out with the vet

I'm not really sure either so I think a trip to the vet would be the best route. Hope it turns out to be nothing to worry about

Re: A wee lump above Stella's eye and a weird tooth
Thanks,
I'm going to the vet tomorrow afternoon.
In the meantime I discovered that one of the big canine teeth is a bit dislodged, it is loose and you can see the other (root) end, the tooth is held by the gum just in the middle of it, difficult to describe, it is most probably related to teething because all the small teeth in front of her mouth have already changed to the adult ones but this one looks really sore, not healthy at all. Maybe it's normal, though?
So wee Stella will have the eye and the tooth checked tomorrow.
The vet must love me, I run there with almost everything

Just a wee update, Stella has just lost the dodgy tooth, new one is already visible, so it was probably just normal....

Just an ingrown eye lash, I'll leave it for now and wait what will happen - it should grow through by itself after a while with no problem, I'll keep an eye on it:-)
Thanks

Re: A wee lump above Stella's eye and a weird tooth
I'm taking Max on Friday for a strange lump above his eye. I'm thinking that it's an ingrowing eyelash too but want to get him checked out, just to be sure. It's not bothering him at all, but I want to err on the side of caution.
Glad Stella is ok!
