Really fuming

If you saw my post sat 18th oct I told you about Katy's friend Max being pts. Well I said to my oh that they were the sort of people to get another dog.
Anyway I was at pah on Saturday & Max's dad stopped me in the car park & said had I heard, I said yes I'd heard he had been pts & he said no he's gone to live on a farm as his daughter was standing next to him. So he couldn't even tell her the truth!!!!!!! Then he was asking me about a lady walking a brown cocker in our village & did I know her. I haven't seen it yet but asked him why. He wants to find out which breeder she got it from so he can get a pup in the spring I really had to bite my tongue as the girl was there, but did mention how much exercise they need & how Katy is run 3 times a day. It makes me sad & sooooo angry, dogs are not something you can just get rid of when they don't suit you anymore

Do you know where the dog was pts ? What if the vet should ever see his daughter ?? always best to tell the truth

I just wish the dog laws were changed to owner laws and no idiots could have a dog (yes I know wishful thinking)

Thats disgraceful I understand your anger! A man who has been banned from owning dogs as his first dog bit and mp's finger, his second pinned a post woman to the wall and his third dog attacked a woman and her dog, 2 where german sheppards and 1 was an akita, he has now gone and bought another akita puppy!!! Im fuming!

I think the vet needs to report anyone who has a healthy dog put down because of their lack of care & attention. Behavioural problems are usually down to the owners not the dog!!!!!!!

Its always the owner, it really winds me up, people should take better care for there animals!

Sorry sometimes it's the previous owner not the current one who does the damage with the current one picking up the pieces

I know what you're saying but they had Max from a pup so this time it's their fault
