Re: Tear stains
sound like your dog has some kind of eye infection, try and bathe her eyes with cold black tea, see if this helps, if not i would visit my vet.

Re: Tear stains
your dog could have conjunctivitis. a can condition that can prove stubborn, or at least recurring, wipe the eyes clean then insert some golden eye ointment, or its veterinary equivalent, it could also be caused by inverted eyelashes this is not uncommon with staffys, if this the case i would consult my vet,

Oh i had spoken to someone who said that it was quite common but now im a little concerned. Might pop to the vets anyway and just get them to check.

Re: Tear stains
Try putting red apple cider vinegar in you dogs water, I use about 1 tbsp for a large water bucket outside or 1 tsp. for water bowl. Tear stains will stop pretty quick and when the dog urinates on the lawn it will prevent brown spots on lawn.

Re: Tear stains
You'll often get tear stains on a white faced dog. By all means get the vet to check, but you can buy lotions from the pet shop to remove them as long as her eyes are healthy.
