Mambo doesn't like our guest... and I'm not surprised!
My cousin and his girlfriend are visiting us now - Mambo usually loves the fuss and the more people the merrier, but not this time...
My cousin's girlfriend is the type of an animal lover with the mentality of a 6 year old - she wants to hug Mambo ALL THE TIME (and when she does, she actually crushes him!) , she doesn't let him sleep, talks to him in high pitched voice all the time etc etc.
it came to the point that Mambo actually started growling at her, and he has never growled at any human before! you can imagine how annoyed he must be, and how surprised we were hearing him obviously telling her 'leave me alone!'!
we tried to explain to her that Mambo is not a toy and that his behaviour is alarming and she should leave him alone, as he doesn't act like this usually so she must really get on his nerves... few times after I told her to stop she just trivialised the whole thing and didn't bother, but at some point it became so annoying (to me as well!) and actually dangerous that I had to warn her that he can actually bite her really badly as he had never growled at anyone before and I want to keep my mind at peace not worrying about what can happen if she continues.
finally she stopped crushing him and waking him up, but she's still treating him like a little baby...
she's going back home in two days so Mambo will finally get some rest

Poor Mambo, hope the next two days fly by for him. I have two children, a 4 year old (nearly anyway) and a 2 year old. Both of my children seem to be more mature than this "woman" and know to leave sleeping dogs lie

Actually, that's an insult to 13 yr olds who have far more sense and maturity than this woman!!!!

You would think a grown woman would have a bit more common sense! Hope that their visit passes without incident.
