hi all, ive never rented anywhere before but does anyone know roughly how much it cost to run a 2 bed house the rent is between 500 and 600 a month depending on weather i can have dog there but bills ect, thanks

I don't know about where you live but here my 1 bed flat would rent out for around £900 pcm (I looked into it last year when I nearly lost it!), council tax is £97 (I get sad mans allowence Laughing ) water is actually included in the service charge and I pay £25 pm to EDF. So its expensive! But its expensive where I live. All the best DK, it will be the best thing you can do Smile

thats guildford thow everything is quite expensive round those parts bit posh aint it lol, janey you can get a 4 bed house with a big garden for that here, can you cope with that then being on ur own, it worries the hell out of me mate, but yesterday had comformation of cash sale for my dads house 3 to 4 weeks so me and my bros splitting it then i can move on and enjoy Big Grin

I cope ok on my own, don't go out as much as I used too but then you have your own space to stay in Big Grin miss not having a garden though. You just manage, as will you! Xx

i dont usually drink in the week its mainly boredum, im led on me bed now above a pub and here it all goin on downstairs, got mates txting me ect from the bar trying to entice me down, but im not sure wen to stop if i start Laughing plus im looking for houses ect on tinternet and waiting for my chicken roast chicken

Lol its oh so tempting when your above a pub I did it for a few years, but because I worked there it wasn't as tempting to be downstairs when I wasn't working Smile

Me and my OH have a 3 bed house and obviously are allowed to have a dog and it costs us £475 a month and the bills aren't bad either Smile
