I have a happy staff!
I've just shopping at the local chinese supermarket and managed to find harvey a load of duck & chicken feet, duck tongues, a whole lamb ribcage & some whole pigs legs! all for under a tenner!
He's already managed to get a chicken foot, as it fell out of the bag and the look he gave me so he got one and went mental! so i assume he enjoyed it!

Oh lucky you/Harvey! Bajas love chicken feet!! I haven't seen them around here, but found them in Sweden once. Wanted to get more but they were sold out last time we were there.

I've been looking for chicken feet for agees but no where seems to sell them! and i remembered the chinese supermarket and voila! loads of them for £2 a kg bag! so harvs happy!

I never thought of looking there either Ella! Thats such a great idea we've got one just near my work so I'll have a look tomorrow, are they frozen?

the duck/chicken feet were frozen as were the duck tongues. The rest were fresh but bagged up and i just stuck them in the freezer.
