Pleased with myself

I joined slimming world last wednesday,but didnt actually start the diet till saterday.Went to class today and lost half a stone in 4 days

Wow that is good healthy eating and exercise that's the only sure fire way of losing and keeping off the weight good luck what's your target for weight loss

ive got about 4 stone to loose dead pleased with how its going so far.Ive just changed the way i cook things and ive done exercise every day.Just goes to show a difference a couple of days of healthy eating can do for you

Good on you keep it up as an extra incentive take pictures of yourself so you can see how the body is changing, i've coached a few people to help them lose weight and i never weighed them just used to say how do you want your body to look and took photo's to physically see there improvements
