Re: wont walk with a lead
Do you let her drag the lead around indoors? I've always got a pup used to a collar first & then attached a lead & let it drag it around for a while. Then I'll pick it up & just follow wherever the pup goes. Then just a gentle tug with loads of praise & treats to get them to change direction.
Then, outside in the park, I do the same thing.

Sounds like she need more positive association with the lead, things as simple as treating her when you put the lead on, leaving the lead on round the house for short periods of time (Of course only when you can keep an eye on her so she dont start chewing it).
Then walking round places she feels safe like round the home, round the garden. Always giving her praise for when she is doing well and treating her with food treats or playing with her fav toy.

Missing two weeks at that age won't make any difference, to be honest.
When she's dragging the lead around the house, get down on the floor & play with her. Every so often, pick the lead up, but keep playing. Don't put any pressure on the lead, let it stay loose. After a while, try playing standing up & pick up the lead - hopefully she'll just see it as an extension of the game.

Re: wont walk with a lead
I'm sure you will get it sorted out. All dogs have different issues and things they are slower to become used to.
Try leaving the lead on in the house and playing with her while it's on. Eventually she will accept it.

Re: wont walk with a lead
I like the advice everyone else has given you, just wanted to say please please dont walk her with no lead near busy roads or anywhere she can run off. When I was 16 and I first had Skibadee is was complacent. As I took her to obedience training and had her beautifully trained to walk to heel I knew she would walk off-lead. All was well we never had any problems until one day a cat shot past her about a cm from her nose, strait past her into the road, Skibadee followed and got hit by a car Ive never cried so much in my life, luckily she was okay only a few cuts and scratches but I would never walk one of my dogs without a lead again, its not worth the risk!
