He wont walk :( ?
We've had our pup since friday, and sat/sun he was walking fine and running with my partner across our field as we have alot of land, however he will now not walk? He just sits there when you put his lead on and wont budge i waited for about 20mins today persuading him with treats but if i didnt have any then he wouldnt of walked on his own accord.. its really strange because he was more than willing before?
Any ideas?
Thx

It's possible that you overdid it a bit at the start & he doesn't want to feel that pooped again!
Just take it slowly, put his collar & lead on but then just carry on with your day to day business. Let him drag the lead around & if he follows you give him a treat. Make him see that the lead means good things.

Toys or treats should help. But maybe just give him a bit of time to settle into the new family and new surrounds. Pups can find the experience stressful, so they need a bit of time to adjust.
You can also try putting the lead on, but not go anywhere. Let him get used to the lead, and run around with it for a bit on his own.

Make sure not to overdue it. Walks should be kept to 5 mintues per month of age. This doesn't count off lead play and can be done 2-3 times per day. Treats work well if you hold them in your hand let him smell and than walk. After awhile you can feed him.
