help with diet please
hi everyone im giving my staff'y ( Benson ) a dried food diet of mill-burns adult chicken and rice
and would like to know if there is anything else which would accompany his diet and help his muscle build and give him a variety ive given him dried bones from pet shop but don't know if they are a good this or not to give him he is 8 months old
any suggestions or advice would be very appreciated

The only thing that will build muscle/bulk on any dog is exercise! Food will give him the 'building blocks' for muscle, but it's exercise that will actually get the muscle to form.

Yes i understand that exercise builds muscle what i was meaning was i am giving him millburns dried food only was just wondering should i be giving him cooked chicken , minced meat etc as well ? tried giving him dried bones from pet shop but he just brings it back up and i dont want to be giving him anything i shouldnt be that isnt good for him .

All the supliments and vitamins should be in the food as long as it is a good quality food. Moo is on James wellbeloved and is thriving on it, she gets extra treats carrots and other chews, but there main nutrients are from there main source of food. Xx

It sounds a good food, although I've not used it myself - my boy won't eat dry food. I feed raw.
