Allergy
First topic message reminder :
Hi,
My best boy Nero (15 weeks) has been biting his legs tail and scratching himself over the last 3 weeks,I took him to the vet who could find nothing wrong with him.She thought it might be an allergy. We fed him cooked chicken as treats but it upset his tummy. We have him on a raw food diet at the moment and removed anything with poultry in it but he is still biting etc.The vet has recommended a puppy diet, dry food. Any recommendations please. We will try it and see how it goes.

Re: Allergy
Hi,
Best boy Nero,s rash has completely cleared up, the vet took a skin sample on Wed and he,s been given the all clear.Off anti biotics a week ago and half a steroid tab every other day.
He has stopped scratching and is very close to having all his adult teeth.
He has suddenly taken to Purina HA kibble, so the vets pleased, we have been advised to keep him on this for 8 weeks and then start introducing other foods into his diet to try and find out what was causing his allergy.Hes looking good and seems very happy.
