Trouble walking
First topic message reminder :
Hi i'm new on here i purchased a staffy its just had her stitches out after being spayed last weekend when i went to view her she walked ok only thing i noticed she had a bit of a head wobble, she came to me friday 31/03/17 today 02/04/17 i took her in the garden and her back legs keep colpasing she is 2 and a half years old blue, should i be really concerned about this or will it be to do with her op which she had on the 22/03/17.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Re: Trouble walking
I don't know how I missed this, but this thread's had me in tears (and angry because of the people who sold her!), followed by hope, followed by "wow, she's beautiful"!!
how's she getting on now?

Re: Trouble walking
Hi thank you for your lovely comms, it restores my faith in humans again, Millie as improved so much, obviously she'll alaways have the Tremors which she can cope with. She had her 1st vaccination and as her 2nd one in 2weeks as shes never had them. Then looking at starting her on a little hydrothrapy, hopefully she can now live a long happy life fingers crossed.
Keep you all posted Claire xx

Re: Trouble walking
My staffie mix Thanos is about the same age now and he had some trouble walking earlier in the year. It turns out that he has some knee problems instead of hip problems. He is an extremely active dog and is probably why he got injured so young. He is better now but I highly recommend a visit to the vet as this could cause a lot of unnecessary pain.

Re: Trouble walking
Hi thank you for the your advice all advice i've taken on board
Millie goes back to the vets this tuesday for her last lot of jabs so going to get the vet to recommend millie for the hydro as this is something i think will help. I have rang the hydro people but need a referral from my vet before i can book.
