Unable to post a reply to my first post?

As the title says I can't seem to reply to my first post? I've tried to preview the post which works perfectly but when I press send I just get my text back again without it actually posting anything

Not sure why it is doing that Paul, odd thing is it's letting you post here ok. I've checked that it isn't locked or anything. The only other thing I can think might be happening is that you are inadvertantly hitting the draft button

Try it again and see what happens.

Thanks for the reply Ian, the problem seems to be with adding pics? I've always used Photobucket on other forums without any problems but when I add the link the forum doesn't want to accept it? If I delete the Photobucket link the text will post as normal. Any ideas?

Hmmm could be the link you're pasting in.. I think we use the third one down the list, try that one and see what happens.

on your photobucket its the fourth link down if you are using a mobile phone click on the photo a list should appear copy link to clipboard click that and its the fouth link just copy and paste

Thanks Mia, yes that's the link I'm using it's titled IMG. When I copy & paste it I can click the preview button and see the image no problem but when I click send it just kicks it out?

Ok I think I've found the problem? Thinking it may be a mobile issue I fired my ancient laptop up and accessed the site from there but unfortunately it was exactly the same. However I got a message flashed up I don't get on my phone saying I'm not allowed to post external links or email until I've been a member for seven days!
Problem solved

Ah yes... unfortunately the site randomly stops some new users from posting for the firs 7 days to stop spam.
