Petition for Seized Dogs

Hi everyone,
Hope you are all well. I've seen this petition and think it's a really great one and hope it makes 100,000 signatures so parliament will have to discuss it.
It's about allowing seized dogs to return home before their court case. If nothing else it saves the taxpayer money, plus the benefits for the dog and families are numerous.
