Petition to allow type dogs to be rehomed
Hi all
This petition had just been posted on FB by the Draconian dogs act who are against BSL and are really amazing. This petition states that if BSL isn't repealed then at least dogs who have been confirmed as Type but are loving sweet family dogs then allow them to be rehomed instead of PTS.

I don't know 38 Degrees, Emma. Does it have the same clout as the government petitions, i.e. that when you get to 100,000 they have to debate it? It just seems odd to choose a different route and have a target of only 400.

To be honest I'm not sure Liz. I only signed as it was from the FB page which is trusted. Having had a quick look at their faq I think this is a website which when petitions get the required signatures they then take action whether it's going to MPs themselves or doing other actions.
I signed it anyway as it can't hurt.

Here's another one, from The Blue Cross. I believe that the dog pictured at the top is Archie, Nando Brown & Jo Rose's exempt pitbull, although I am not certain...
