Re: upset stomach problems
Suki didn't have any stomach issues while losing her baby teeth. I think the most likely cause would stem from something she ate, not something your fed her but something she found on her own and her body is just processing it out.

Re: upset stomach problems
It could be either!
I've known pups get upset tums when teething, although it shouldn't last more than a day or two.
She could also have picked something up, or it could even be the heat!

Re: upset stomach problems
Skye has this sometimes .. the vet said it could be a number of things with puppies such as :-
*Teething
*diet change
*eating to fast
*eating something they shouldnt
*Parasites etc etc
it shoul pass in a day or two but always keep an eye on her stool to make sure its not getting worse, i always give skye rice or scrambled egg whenever shes got an upset stomach nice and light.

Re: upset stomach problems
Harvey hasn't had an upset stomach as he's teething at the moment, although he sometimes eats things he shouldn't and that affects him, so it could be a combination of both.

Re: upset stomach problems
I think the heat's upset a lot of dogs. I phoned my vets today to talk about Dempsey's annual booster, and they said they're getting loads of mild tummy upsets being reported.

Re: upset stomach problems
Couldn't sleep properly last night it was so hot!
Dempsey gets quite distressed by the humidity.
