Best time to have dog spayed

Hi all beaus just finished her 2nd season and we want her spayed what's the best time do u guys know and we she's been done will she put a lot of weight on or a bit more exercise than normal will her keep her weight down

Mia only put on a little weight this is the perfect time to have beau spayed but someone may have better advice than me

You need to wait 3 months from when her season finishes. There's little evidence of weight gain from spaying alone.

they should'nt put on a lot of weight after their op,if you do notice a little weight gain just up her walks slightly,let us know when she has her op

Once they have fully developed (both physically & mentally) I believe would/should be the best time to spay.

I am no expert, but they say its best to let them have one or two seasons.
