Just Been Spayed
Hello
My Tash has just got back after being spayed. What can I do to make her night more comfortable and less painful

Re: Just Been Spayed
Did the vet give you any pain relief for her ?
you could try using some DAP spray on her bedding to help keep her calm.

Re: Just Been Spayed
aww poor tash ,im sure the vet would have given her some pain relief to help her,i remember when sash was spayed she was very restless and cried through the night ,we stayed up all night with her but she was fine a couple of days later,if in any doubt give your vet a call, let us know how she is

Re: Just Been Spayed
She will be a bit disorientated tonight from the anesthetic, just make her comfy and she'll be right as rain in the morning xx

Awww bless her, I must admit the night after the op Moo was completely crashed out, it was the following day when she just whined and whined, generally the vet will send you home with metacam or someing similar that helps the pain. After 48 hours she will be ok Xx

Re: Just Been Spayed
Not unusual, Moo took 48 hours for the anesthetic to wear off. Once she comes round just make sure there is fresh water cause she will need it Xx
