I have a friend who has an entire male staff, we would like to introduce hers and my Vin and go for a walk. Now Vin is also entire and wondered apart from keeping them on lead for a bit til they get used to each other do you think it would be ok.

What age is the other one hen ? See how they react toward each other first if its a placid dog like vin id imagine they will be ok

Entire? What does that mean sorry haha and yeah I dont see why not, I wouldnt introduce anything to do with toys for a while, I think if yoi walk them regularly together they will get a good bond

Ha ha entire! will be no toys just a walk in the woods where lots of scents and smells about. She is adamant like me that always put on lead if any other dog approaches so guess will make it a regular thing and hopefully be best buddies. He is very placid like Vin but I never predict a dog

Lmfaoo and I think it will be a great thing for you and vin, id go for it, will be a good thing just make sure you keep a good eye on them but it should go well I think, hope you have a fabulois time :-)

Let them walk together a few times before allowing them off lead Inez. You should be able to judge how they interact after a couple of walks

Thry shud be ok in that case some male dogs are protective of their owners

On the assumption your friend is as experienced and sensible as you Inez, and she knows her dog as good as you know The Vinster, and you take your time, you'll have no major dramas.
If you think of Lynn going on all the Bullie Walks,with Floyd as well as Theia, they've never had any bother. And that's with all sorts of bull breeds and a massive age range. It's as much to with the confidence of the handler as the dogs.

Worth a punt tbh. the rucks usualy start with entire v non entire. having said that my 19kg girl kept my bros 45kg dobe at the door on sunday the lil madam. play it by ear and keep sencible distances that enable good human reaction times to split. just be aware of your own body langauge by keeping calm and after a little while they will sort themselves out.
