Nature menu nuggets
Have been giving Vin these inbetween his nature diet as would really like him to have raw, I tried them as its easier as its all in there. Just a question as there are added veg and such like in the nuggets does this hurt? Have noticed Vins poos are packed with the veg eww not nice I know just wondered if it was normal

Re: Nature menu nuggets
From researching Raw diets, it seems most things say that dogs can't really digest vegetables and they aren't a necessary part of their diet.
The way that is advised to feed them is to stick em through a blender first so that they are easier to digest, but maybe they are just going straight through undigested :/

Re: Nature menu nuggets
I agree with Emma.
I have tried the natures menu nuggets at some stage and exactly the same happened to me with the veg coming out at the other end!!
To be fair when you read up about raw feeding it always mentions what dogs eat in the wild which is meat and bone. I have a feeling you don't see wolves trying to dig up potatoes and carrots etc in the wild.
Maybe it is beneficial in some way but certainly not essential, Cooper is thriving on raw meat since I switched him onto it without all the vegetables but I guess people have different opinions on this.

Re: Nature menu nuggets
I'm pretty sure they do Inez Sure I've seen bags of just beef mince etc. in the freezer at PAH. When we went to a dog show, we got some duck necks and beef throttle things and they were great! If only it was a little cheaper in the shop >.>
