My staff puppy hair loss. I'ts mange demodex or not , see photos

My puppy its 3 month and 3 weeks it's male and he hair loss can you help me My dog has dog to the vet and he has appointed four sessions against parazitve and he has 2 times the dog to the veterinarian The first photos are 2 days without visiting veterinarian
and these others are 1 week 3 days after vaccination "two sessions" or two sessions that has every Saturday

Looks a lot like mange which is what my girl has at the moment. Is that what the vet diagnosed?

Did you ever happened to your puppy and what you'd helped to treat

Poor little guy! It looks a lot worse because he is white too so the soreness shows through more.

I hope he has a speedy recovery!
