puppy not learning Empty puppy not learning

Post by Tonyx89 Mon Nov 03 2014, 12:53

Rocko is 14 weeks now and he isn't getting better with strangers or new dogs. He bites really hard with strangers and gas ripped down my neighbours hand. I make him sit when new people approach to stroke him but as they get closer he us jumping of the floor trying to get them. With dogs we meet on his walks he just wants to jump on them and bite there neck. I feel embarrassed as I think the other dogs owners think "he doesn't train him" im trying my best and he is in puppy classes but it's just really hard. Could anybody advise what I should try?

14 weeks is still really young and he's still learning. Stay consistent and you will see a difference, it just takes time. Hang in there, they will push your patience but it's so worth it Smile

Hang in there it just takes time Smile Bane is an angel in the house but on the streets he's like a terror! He is a year old now and still will take a leap to someones face for a lick if we don't keep hawk eyes on him!
