if they didnt want the dog why not rehome him. buying of a bow and arrow should be illegal just as bad as a handgun

This was reported on our local news last night as it happened in Peterborough. Apparently they know who owned the dog up to 6 weeks ago, he must have then got handed on to someone else, poor dog, maybe they tracked him by the microchip ?

I hope they find who was responsible for this and soon. I have a feeling someone will get arrested over this.

I hope they get prison or the very least banned from keeping dogs for life i also hope the little dog heals properly and can have some kind of life.
