Jeez not again, it seems to be going all over this one.

Whats needed is some CCTV coverage of who ever is doing it, I hope they get caught very soon.

We don't let Rocky out of our sight and to think that people still tie their dogs up outside shops etc.   

Thieves don't usually advertise the fact they are going to steal something so surely even our police can catch who ever is doing it and find out why.

The local police down here rubbished these rumours a couple of weeks ago after it went "Viral" on social media sites.

Somebody's having a good laugh. Stickers ? Next thing the thieves will file the evidence for the police..

Think it stems from the horses that have their manes plaited, and the travellers that mark houses of vulnerable people for roofing/gardening jobs etc
