so pleased with loki!!!

Today we went on a walk and I have been speaking to a trainer recently about the lunging at other dogs and how he plays with other dogs, today he met a big bullmastiff cross rhodisian ridgeback. 2 labs (one grumpy) 2 jack russles and a tiny shitzu puppy and he was amazing he played with all the dogs differently and came back when I called, and even walked past a new dog without even batting an eyelid, the only lunge I got was when we first went out. We changed his diet to a low protein diet, and the difference in him is amazing, and so is the ezydog harness!!!!!

Just wondering why did you change him to low protein diet??

Because it made him crazy, and he just really wasnt getting on with it and would only pick at it, our vet suggested lowering the protein amount thats in his kibble and using meat to supliment it, so we now use barking heads which is lower than before, and forthglade chicken and tripe meat.

Is the Barking Heads the Fat Dog Slim one ? - this is what Rocky has too with just a little cooked , cooled chicken added to it. He has always got on well with this food.

We have him on 'puppy days' at the moment, he loves it he is currently nudging his old food out of the way, to get to the barking heads, he ate it so fast earlier.

Im so glad, hes going to a trainers on next wednesday im excited its a boarding kennels but they do playday sessions, and the lady has 14 dogs herself and they all get to run free in the fields
