Tinned Dog Meat
I'm just wondering how many people out there feed tinned dog meat to their dogs? I'm wondering if I'm the only one

Re: Tinned Dog Meat
Have never fed Rocky tinned dog meat, it contains a lot of water. Rocky has Barking Heads kibble.

Re: Tinned Dog Meat
I feed raw now but when she was on kibble I used to add a little wet food sometimes. Is it a complete food in the tins you're using?

Re: Tinned Dog Meat
I'm using it to mix in with arden grange as I have difficulty getting Milo to eat the dry kibble on its own.

Thats exactly what I used to do for the same reason, so your just using it as a topper really. I also used to add tinned sardines or mackeral in tomato sauce or oil, or a raw egg or sometimes I'd fry up a little mince

Re: Tinned Dog Meat
We add a little cooked, cooled chicken to Rockys kibble to add a bit of interest to it. It can seem a bit bland.

Re: Tinned Dog Meat
It does seem very boring on its own yet he will have it as training treats from my hand. He will eat it happily when it has added sardines, egg, grated cheese etc.,
