Chappie Tinned food
I can recommend this product if your dog is off his food with an upset tummy.
Rocky has just had a course of antibiotics and was off his food for a few days. I think they must have upset his stomach. Got a tin of Chappie Original and just mixed a couple of spoons in with his kibble and his has eaten it all.
I was quite amazed to see his food bowl licked clean and also very pleased we found something he could eat. It does say on the tin that it is Easily Digestible. It is low in fat but with a high fish content.
As soon as Rocky is back to 100% will will knock the tinned food on the head and go back to just the kibble though.

In itself, it's a rotten food, but as an invalid's food to get them back to eating their usual meals it's great. It's very bland, but apparently the smell appeals!

I agree it's not great quality at all, we just happend to see it in a supermarket and wondered if he would eat that if nothing else. Thankfully he did. Have almost finished the tin now (it lasted a couple of days) will just be feeding his kibble from now on.
It was just that it said easily digestible on the tin that we bought it at all.

Re: Chappie Tinned food
Chance got very ill on chappie due the amount of rice and grains in it, and it made him 10x worse. But he gets ill on any time of dog food.

I used this when Lexi wouldn't eat after Taurus died. Have got into the habit of giving her 1/2 a tin now (small ones) with her kibble In a dif bowl
