Mia had her first season a couple of months ago and had a phantom pregnancey which she hasnt been
coping with very well went to vets with her sat for a scan and some medicince to help with the
phantom. vets advised us to get her done next month as the phantoms could get worse was going to
wait till she was 18 month to two years (nearly 12 months old now) but will get her done on vets
advice .What special precorsions or any tips to make her more comfortable after the op looked
online but was after more staffy related advice

Keep her calm until healed. Easier said than done but essential.
No climbing or jumping and restricted exercise. A crate might well come in handy.

Re: splaying after care
Just trying to keep them resting and not breaking a stitch is the most important. If you don't already use mental stimulation or indoor games this link will help

It's hard to keep a Stafford resting as you'll already know, I'd say quiet games, no jumping or running I'm sure she'll challenge you every step of the way! Good luck xx
