Training and Diet for 8 month old!
Hi they basically i have staff cross but not sure what shes crossed with. She is 8 month old at present we only had her 5 weeks now after she had a bad start in life. She was weighted recently and was 12.6kg and was about 16-17 inch tall.I walk her 2-3 times a day depending on work load.Walks vary from 3 x 20-25 mins walks to 20 mins sprints with ball on field or 45-50 min walk at night.Shes constantly playing with her raggers, tugs, balls etc in garden. She eats very well good appetite i feed say 3 times a day on a royal canin which vets suggested to us but recently i am trying her on pero staffordshire bull terrier mix which i mixed in a bit with her other.Plus she gets odd treats here and they.Basically i just want know what i should be doin if any different to help her grow to her full potential and get a bit more muscular as i dont want to over trainer or under trainer so as any one any good advice/tips be much appreciated.

Hey :-)
Someone better knowledgable will answer soon lol but it all sounds good, iv done royal canin training and its a good food, not for mine tho as it made her wild.........wilder i should say as the protien bit much for her and also its not hypoallergenic so not good for her itchies.
You should put a wee pic up :-)

It's sounds like your about right to be far, the guideline for exercise is 5 mins per month of age, 2/3 times a day, as for feeding 2 or 3 meals a day is also probably about right, pretty sure just 2 would be ok.

She's still very young they don't start filling out til they are one. First year they grow up second year they grow out. Just keep walking her and doing what you're doing and let nature take it's course
