Deterrant for Rough Sleepers ??

Ouch!

I think it is sad that we live in a society where people have to sleep rough   

it bad i wonder how much of these thig cost

Apparently the block of flats where the spikes have been put are really expensive so the residents will be able to afford them   

Caring society we live in.

Vile.

Whilst I can, to some extent understand why this is happening (NIMBY culture), it makes me wonder why our Government persists in the sending of 'Foreign Aid' to countries like Pakistan, India and the like that actually need it less than our own country. Pakistan and India in particular have been spending loads of money on their armed forces, so why send them this money year after year, when our own country is in such a mess. Just my thoughts and not intended to offend.
