poor thing, can't they just let him live a happy 'dogs life' everythings about money!

I know, all the vets want to do is to let the vet who treated him adopt him, but the Humane Society wants him back. It can only be for publicity, surely?

Can't they just give the dog a break?

Yep, no doubt they do a FANTASTIC job rescuing animals from all sorts of horrid situations but just because Patrick and his story has attracted so much media attention should'nt mean the poor boy should be treated like a celebrity.
Let him have a "normal" life now, coz his life was far from normal before his rescue. Poor thing just needs a loving home where he can rest, relax and be loved. Surely HE does'nt need all the focus and spotlight..........I totally agree that HIS STORY should be in the spotlight to help raise awareness on animal cruelty and neglect, but give the dog a break.

This is the first I've heard about this. How bloody ridiculous! Why can they not let the poor dog be adopted and given the chance to lead a normal happy life? It's shocking that they're fighting over him because of the money he makes. Absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Patric has suddenly become a nice earner and you cant really blame the rescues as the money coming in pays for more like him to be helped.
How many patrics are there out there? as long as he is happy well fed and a good life Im not really bothered who he lives with just hope he forgets his life he had before and hes helping so many other poor dogs with his storey he is a hero and I dont think he gives a hoot whats happening in the court room
