Little Red lumps under arm pits advice please
Hi there nel my 1 yr old staff has come out under her armpits with what looks like acne I think it's mites and I am going to buy some special shampoo for it but she also on Saturday night decided to dive into a canal we went for a walk down and was thinking it was maybe the canal water that could have caused it?

It could very well be the canal water, or perhaps a heat rash, I'd put some sudocrem on it first to see if it settle down

Agree with Hayley, sudocreme will help to soothe it either way. Pop to the vets for a skin scrape before self-medicating or shampooing for mites. If they become a bit wet and puss-like, they may be infected and coarse of antibiotics might be in order. Is Nel itching her armpits?

Does she wear a harness? Sometimes the under-arm types can rub, especially in the heat

It could be the harness rubbing if it fits under arms. But pop her to the vet if you want to be completely sure.
