Lola - Staffie DOB 11.2012 Guildford, Surrey
Homing Requirements: Lola needs a loving family who want their dog to be an inclusive part of their family and who will allow her to be on furniture and up close. Lola needs the freedom of a secure garden and an active regime to support her as a young dog. She needs patience when she gets excited, as she soon calms. Lola could live with another fluent dog but is unassessed for cats. We have no concerns with Lola around children but live in children should be 5+ years due to her 'enthusiasm'.
Video - Norman walking with Lola:
Her Story: Lola was found stray wearing a collar with her name written on it. She was unclaimed and we offered her a rescue place to save her life. We have neutered, chipped and fully vax'd her. Lola is in boarding kennels in Guildford, Surrey.
Advert: Lola is lovely. She is gentle, feminine and receptive to meeting other dogs. She has benefitted greatly by walking with other dogs at the kennels and now mixes liberally with them, usually attempting to lick their muzzles. She meets all people very well but probably needs to learn a few more manners; she is keen and approaches with glee and a wagging back end. Lola travels well in a car but would need securing.
Lola is an 18-month black-brindle Staffie with a long, slender body. Lola has settled to kennel life and has become the darling of the kennel staff. She tries to keep clean in kennels and may need support in housetraining initially once back in a house. Lola is not ready for off-lead walks but once she has attended a training class she should develop good recall.
