Cleaning
What does everybody mop their floors with, I have mainly tiles and wooden flooring and think that maybe I should use something milder to mop as Vin seems to react to my floor cleaner.

Re: Cleaning
We have one of those steam cleaners. Not sure what they are like on wood though.

Re: Cleaning
Steam cleaner plus:
Ecover linseed oil floor soap. It's supposed to be for wood but I use it everywhere as I really like the smell.
Or - Zoflora disinfectant. It's fine for pets. It smells REALLY strong (of "spring" or lavender or whatever scent you choose), so I only use a little (you dissolve it in water). You can get it at Poundland as well as Sainsbury's etc.
Very occasionally I also scrub the floor with the above.

Re: Cleaning
ps with steam cleaners, I use at least two or three big cloths or microfibre cloths (both sides) per room, as otherwise, yes, it does not feel clean.

Re: Cleaning
We have laminate wood flooring and ceramic tiles, carpet is only in the bedroom. Laminate flooring gets cleaned with the wooden floror wipes like pledge I think. Carpet is vacuumed ceramics tiles cleaned with a mop and Cif floor cleaner.
We do have a steam cleaner somewhere, don't think it has been used yet.

Re: Cleaning
Mop and put some washing powder if Lula done something she should not of done in doors. At other times i use bleach in the kitchen and living room. I`m thinking of getting a stream cleaner as my sister swears by them.
zoflora reminds me of my uncle who passed away years ago he loved dogs and always used it.
