2 videos from this mornings hour walk. First one is how he normally reacts when I try recall, the second is the progress. I did have his ball out which why he returned, but I've done this before and nothing. He actually did this a few more times during the walk! So pleased to see a bit of progress!

That's so good to see!! Bless him, can see his anxiousness on walks bless him. Have you tried running in the other direction when you call him, Biscuit hates to think that she could be left on her own and bombs if after me if I do this when she's having a defiant moment lol!

Thanks Rach. Will try that, though to be honest it will probably mean me dragging him as he is usually at the end of whichever length lead I'm using! Wink

Thanks sara and Hayley.
I bet he wont do it again now for ages, but I will keep at it. For the first few months he wouldn't even look round at us. Still wouldn't if he thought there was another dog within a mile or even a person, in case they are hiding a dog! He loses interest in those when they get closer and he can be sure they are alone.

Thanks Saz, he did it several times today too! It seems he is finally interested in what toy I may have, where he had none before. Big Grin
