Hubby has just received his £30.00 tablet in the post it's called the Datawind UBI Slate 7Ci. Not availalbe in the shops but is online just search for Datawind UK.
This is the western world version of the one for all tablet designed to get every student in India onto a computer. The original program was subsidised to provide children in India with one of these, and there was a scheme where you could buy one, but the price was slightly higher, as every one purchased also bought one for an Indian child.

I am on a tablet now a pressie from oh and I can't use the bloody thing
