i feel sooo tired i dont know what wrong

I am the same Steve so are a lot of people at the moment, the mornings are so dark which I don't think helps

After a month off work and only back 2 days I'm knackered, dragged my * out to Thai boxing tonight after a 10hr shift, had a great sparring session and feeling much better, naturally tired (been up since 4.30am) but awake in myself

yea just sat here watch the news past 3 hours not good
