Aggression or just back answering?
Joey has been doing really well lately, still a few problems with recall but other than that he was brilliant. However, a few month ago he started to hump things which I know is normal for them to do. I did discourage him from doing it and for quite a while he has been fine. About a week ago now though he started up again and he's doing it to mine and my partners legs and backs and when we tell him no he starts jumping up at us and barking. He doesn't actually nip u but he puts his mouth on our hands as he is jumping and sometimes catches us with his teeth. When he does this we walk out of the room and completely ignore him. He also does it to our couch cushions and when we tell him off he's started to actually snack at us when we try and grab his collar to get him off. Just telling him no doesn't work he ignores us. He is however, really good with the kids, he does jump up at them but only playfully and hasn't nipped in a long time. Just wondered if he was getting aggressive with us as we were told when they start to hump things they can turn if you try and stop them. Any advice helpful thank you :-)

Oh Debo did the same but only to me. When he humped I just stood still and ignored him. I know it's not that easy, when that didn't work had to remove him from the room. He did the snapping as well, it's more playfull, attention seeking. He will get over it.

Not sure YOU leaving the room is a good idea. Rather exclude him for a short spell. If he makes contact with his mouth or teeth, try "the yelp and stop interaction" method.

Bane does the jumping and snapping with us when he gets too excited. We tell him no and then he starts to grumble and bark so we give him a time out on his bed until he calms down. I think they're just pushing the boudaries. I find if he does actually catch my hands, and I say 'ow' or make a noise similar, he will stop and look at me as if to say 'oh are you ok?'
