coconut oil
So after reading a few comments on this forum I have gone out and got some coconut oil for Coco, hoping this will help her coat and possibly her dry skin!! Being she is on this special Hills ZD diet should I only put it on her coat and not in her food?? Would appreciate your thoughts/opinions. Cheers in advance.

Re: coconut oil
Yes you can do both just start off with a little bit in food because it can cause soft poop

Build tolerance up over time.
As Hayley said, it can cause loose poops to begin with - in both dogs and humans.
I eat a teaspoon of it daily myself.
