I would take a trip to the vets just to make sure, Vin has had similar things on his head and scratch at times but found it was his diet. But as said have a word with the vet first

The one on her head isnt red. And the 1 on her belly is going bald with kind of round sores.

Have you any coconut oil? You could put that on to soothe it :
