Canon EOS camera deal - heads up

EOS 600D - which has some handy video features most others in the EOS range don't.
Normal 18-55mm kit lens.
40mm F2.8 STM pancake lens.
Plus £30 cashback from Canon.
Price is fluctuating between £390 and £410 on Amazon - making it a true £360 to £380 with the cashback factored in.
Deduct the price of the 40mm lens from that (usually about £120) and that's around £240 to £260 for camera and 18-55mm lens.
That's a real world saving of over £100 and even the grey importers aren't anywhere near that price for this combined package, from what I can see.
Ordered one myself a few days ago and it's turned up with everything included as should be.
