Problems walking out at night
Hi all,
I am experiencing issues getting my 13 week staffy to go out at night for walks and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has any tips I could try?
Sparky is full of energy and will be eager to go out however as soon as the door opens and he realises it's dark he sits down and refuses to walk.
With little encouragement he will walk in the day but one walk is not tiring him so he often bouncing off the walks in the evening!
Please help
Thanks Liz

Darcy was like this at his age, anytime of the day, we would take her favourite toy and try to make it as fun as possible and a few treats for along the way.

Yeah treats and toys sound like a good idea, can't really think of anything else but then I've not had a pup

Re: Problems walking out at night
I had same problem with Harley I don't think he likes The dark, so at night I try to stick to the same route and one which is well lighted as he is a Little wuss I think, he also behaved like this when cold so I brought him a little coat and he much happier now, good luck x
