What I had to eat last nite.
Starter:- Smoked Mackerel pate with toast
Main:- Chicken breast stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, wrapped in bacon, with baby pan tossed potatoes new potatoes carrots, peas and baby broad beans. In a white mushroom, onion and brandy sauce.
Pudding:- Fruit crumble with strawberries and other fruits with custard (I chose the cheese and biscuits as don't like fruit!)
Lots of red wine and brandy!
Have been stuffed all day and have only had a sandwich

It was Claire my aunts house is gorgeous, we retired for brandy down to the cellar room with a roaring fire!
I seem to like cellars!
