Got the freezer all set up. Phoned Natural Instinct this morning to confirm delivery of BARF and was assured it would be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm WTF?? 
Have waited in all day. Hasn't turned up yet. Not a good impression for a new customer's first order which is about £120.
They'll be getting a call from an irate customer tomorrow.

I'd be on the phone first thing! never used them but doesn't sound great

Definitely complain! I'd demand a full refund of postage costs.

I've not used them either, I have shop that sells raw near me so am very lucky in that respect. Hope it turns up soon x
