Fuming!
Just found out that a family that I grew up with that lives dow the street from my mum are now BYB One of the lads has been to Scotland to fetch a Spaniel and apparantly they've got a set up in the backgarden and the noise is horrendous! I cant belive this. Theyve never had a dog in their lives and now theyre breeding them? Are they for real?! They probably have no idea how much time, effort, knowledge, compassion and money goes into it, clearly not if theyve got them outside at night! A neighbour has informed my mum that it might as well be a puppy farm it's that bad. My mums onto the RSPCA tonight and the council to put in a noise complaint. Jeez what a bunch of morons.
Rant Over. Aghhhhhh so angry

Wow, that's disgusting hopefully something will be done about it, something should be done to stop any random person being allowed a dog, because some just shouldn't be allowed them.

Re: Fuming!
I would report them if possible.
It's horrible to see animals caught up in money making schemes!

Like I said, Motherbear will be reporting it. Im too far away to report it, they wouldnt listen. I bet if the spaniels owner knew where it was going they wouldnt have let it go

Re: Fuming!
Stuff like this makes me angry and really upset at the same time. Thousands of perfectly fine dogs in rescue centres. I can't understand anyone who breeds who doesn't have KC reg dogs in the UK

Re: Fuming!
So i've rang the RSPCA, according to the automated guy on the phone, they dont want to know unless an animal is injured or in grave danger. Should i just keep on the phone to report it or it there someone else i can ring?

Yep I finally got through...becasue noone has actually seen the dog, there isnt a welfare issue. It needs to be reported to the coucil for noise pollution first, if the noise doesnt stop, someone will go round to check the welfare of the dog, then it will be reported to the rspca if needs be. theres no law about walking the dog so the fact it doesnt get exercised isnt an issue, they think theyve used a stud dog hence why they brought a dog from scotland. they cant do anything at this point because i have no information on the puppy farm.
I really dislike the rspca, they never seem to care unless its a wild animal involed or theres a camera crew in tow.
