Such a sad story I could never leave my dog tied up outside a shop, my bf has very often walked into shops with Hugo, wrong I know but he has said if you want my custom he comes too. I'm so scared of Hugo being stolen or hurt I never could do it. I couldn't live with myself if anything happened to him.
Let's face it you wouldn't leave a child tied to a post by its reins, why do it your dog!!!
